IT Request System - User Guide
In existing Change Request (CR) Process, users will need to fill up their requirement in
the IT Request Form and then manually send the form by email to the Business
Module Owner (BMO) for approval. Once BMO have approved, user will need to
manually send the form to Business Process Management team (BPM) for review. Only
when both BMO and BPM team have approved the request, IT will accept the CR for
the Project Team to review and analyse and finally provide the Estimated Completion
Date.
With the new IT Request System, users do not need to manually escalate the request
to the different team for approval/review. This will be done automatically by the
system.
