The objectives for this Operations Related Process is to get the standard practice and understanding on how HQ and locations should perform with the process of managing a ship which starting from vessel schedule creation up to Port Operation management in order to reduce unnecessary cost by updating the correct status of each equipment timely to ensure continual improvement to our customers, RCL service goals are set to meet the RCL consistent growth business.

This Standard Operating Procedure specifies the requirements of a Quality Management system in RCL. Policy statements in this manual are authorized by the Business Module owner, who is the highest level of each module area.
